The France Hotel Booking 100 word or less review: Ten minutes walk from the Champs d’Elysees,  across from the Parc Monceau, this is a 4 star business-oriented hotel with large meeting rooms and a business center.    Kids stay free and eat free if they are under 10 years old.   You’ll be walking or metro-ing to sights and restaurants; this isn’t a neighborhoody kind of hotel.    Still, online deals for a 4 star hotel are always worth checking, especially since you’ll get Art Deco decor and well above average bathrooms.  If you qualify for Executive Club, you will really like this hotel.  Worth asking for an upgrade.
